　　Accidentnotonlycausedalargenumberofchildreninpermanentdisabilityandprematuredeath,consumesenormoushealthcarecosts,andreducednationalproductivity.Notonlyforchildrenandfamiliessufferingandmisfortune,buttothecommunity,governmentandschoolsduetothehugeburdenandloss.Accordingtothesurvey,between1999to2002,therewereschoolsinBeijingcompensationfortheeconomiclossesofthestudentsweremorethan360casualties,QiZhonghalfoftheschoolsinthedifficultiesencounteredwhendealingwithincidents.

　　Thesephonemenaarecommononcampus.Ithinkthereareseveralreasonsforthese.Firstly,studentsdonotcaretakecareoftheirproperties.Theyarestillyongandnotcarefulenough.Secondly,studentsareveryaggresive.Yestheywanttobethewinnersinexamsandcontest,buttheyalsowanttobewinnersinquarrelsandfightings.Besides,thecampusguardsdonotcarrytheirdutiestotheletter.Theyshouldregulatethetrafficanddirectthetrafficflowsintherushhour.
