　　Inalltheworld,thereisnooneelseexactlylikeme.Therearepeoplewhohavesomepartslikemebutnooneaddsupexactlylikeme.Therefore,everythingthatcomesoutofmeisauthenticallyminebecauseIalonechooseit.

　　Iowneverythingaboutme-mybody,includingeverythingitdoes;mymind,includingallmythoughtsandideas;myeyes,includingtheimagesofalltheybehold;myfeelings,whatevertheymightbe-anger,joy,frustration,love,disappointment,excitement;mymouthandallthewordsthatcomeoutofit-polite,sweetandrough,correctorincorrect;myvoice,loudandsoft;allmyactions,whethertheybetoothersormyself.

　　Iownmyfantasies,mydreams,myhopes,myfears.

　　Iownallmytriumphsandsuccesses,allmyfailuresandmistakes.

　　BecauseIownallofme,Icanbecomeintimatelyacquaintedwithmeinallmyparts.Icanlovemeandbefriendlywithmeinallmyparts,Icanthenmakeitpossibleforallofmetoworkinmybestinterests.

　　Iknowthereareaspectsaboutmyselfthatpuzzleme,andotheraspectsthatIdonotknow.ButaslongasIamfriendlyandlovingtomyself,Icancourageouslyandhopefullylookforthesolutionstothepuzzlesandforwaystofindoutmoreaboutme.

　　HoweverIlookandsound,whateverIsayanddo,andwhateverIthinkandfeelatagivenmomentintimeisme.ThisisauthenticandrepresentswhereIamatthatmomentintime.

　　WhenIreviewlaterhowIlookedandsounded,whatIsaidanddid,andhowIthoughtandfelt,somepartsmayturnouttobeunfitting.

　　Icandiscardthatwhichisunfittingandkeepthatwhichprovedfitting,andinventsomethingnewforthatwhichIdiscarded.

　　Icansee,hear,feel,think,sayanddo.Ihavethetoolstosurvive,tobeclosetoothers,tobeproductive,tomakesenseandorderoutoftheworldofpeopleandthingsoutsideofme.
