　　MynameisTomandIamacustomerofyoursupermarket.TodayIfellofftheladderwhiletryingtoreachabottleofshampooonthetopshelf.

　　Alltheothersweresoldout,therewasonlyonebottleleftanditwasputonthetopshelf.Iaskedforhelp,butalltheassistantswerebusy.ThenItriedtogetitbymyself.Ittookmealongtimetofindaladder.Evenwhenistoodonthetopoftheladder,theshampoowasstillveryhardtoreach.TheaccidenthappenedwhenIstoodonthetipofmytoes,Ilostbalanceandfellofftheladder.someotherbottlesfelloffandhitonmyheadaswell.

　　Afterallhappened,finallytherewasashopassistanttohelpmeout.Luckily,Ionlyhurtmyleftfootankleandthedoctorsaiditwillbefineinacoupleofdays.

　　IamaveryloyalcustomertoyoursupermarketandIshophereeveryday.Butwhathappenedtodaymakesmeverydisappointed.WhatIsuggesttodoistoaddmorepeopleduringbusyhourssothatcustomerscanbelookedafterwhenneeded.Besides,Ibelieveyoursupermarketneedstotrainyourstafftoimprovetheirservicequalityaswell.Iamsuretherewereassistantssawmestrugglingreachingthebottleonthetopshelfandnobodyofferedhelp.
