　　Itmakesnosensetosaythatparentingisoflessimportanceincomparisontoschooling.Itmaybetruethatstudentswillnotacquireanyknowledgefrombooksathome.Butcertainlytheywilllearnsomethingsuchascourtesyordistinguishingfromrightandwrong,whichisnotcoveredinschoolmaterials.Infact,childrenbeingintheirimpressionableagetendtochangetheirmindswithsurroundings,andthesignificanceofhomeschoolingtherebyappearstobeconspicuous,forinstance,educatingchildrentokeepawayfromobsceneorpotentiallydamagingprints.
