主语是students,alotof只是用来修饰students的

　　而关于themajority的用法略有不同.

　　如果用来表示个体的组合,用复数

　　Ifyoumeanthewordtodescribeacollectionofindividuals,thenthewordshouldbetreatedasplural:“Themajorityofe-mailusersareupsetabouttheincreaseinspam.”

　　如果用来表示一个群体,组织,集合,那么用单数

　　Ifthewordisusedtodescribeacollectivegroup,thenconsideritsingular:“A90%majorityisopposedtoschedulingthenextmeetingat6:00A.M.”

　　of后面的不是介词短语表属于吗，是修饰内容啊

　　比如afriendofmine的主语是friend啊

　　alotof是看后面跟的名词是否为可数名词还是不可数名词的

　　如果是可数名词，那么就要用复数，和many是一样的

　　如果是不可数名词，那就要用单数，和much是一样的

　　而lot的单复数，用冠词a或者lots来表示

　　"Theyhavelotsof(much)moneyinthebank."

　　"Alotof(many)AmericanstraveltoEurope."

　　"Wegotlotsof(many)mosquitoeslastsummer."

　　"Wegotlotsof(much)rainlastsummer."
