　　IftheEmployeeisabsentduetosicknessorinjury:

　　1.TheEmployeemustensurethattheEmployerisnotifiedpriortothestartoftheofficialopeninghoursofthepracticeofthelikelyduration,andmustkeephiminformedontheMondaymorningofeachsubsequentweekthroughouttheabsence.
