3Ifthestudentcancelshisorhercoursebywrittennoticemorethan28daysbeforethecourse
commencementdate,(forreasonsotherthanhisorhervisaapplicationwasrejected),heorshewillreceive
arefundofthetuitionfeespaid,plusanyairportpick-upfeepaidandanyhomestayplacementfeepaidif
thisservicehasnotyetbeenprovided,lessanadministrationfeeof$1000.
3Ifthestudentcancelshisorhercourselessthan28daysbeforethecoursecommencementdateofthe
course,andbeforecompletionofweekfour(4)ofthatcourse,heorshewillreceivearefundofthetuition
feespaid,plusanyairportpick-upfeepaidandanyhomestayplacementfeepaidifthisservicehasnotyet
beenprovided,lessanadministrationfeeof$2000.
3Studentswhowithdrawfromtheircourseafterweekfour(4)ofSemester1butbeforeweek4ofSemester2
willreceivearefundoftheirSemester2tuitionfeespaid,plusanyairportpick-upfeepaidandanyhomestay
placementfeepaidifthisservicehasnotyetbeenprovided,less$2000administrationfee.
3Studentswhowithdrawfromtheircourseaftercompletionofweekfour(4)ofSemester2oftheUNSW
FoundationStudiesprogramwillnotreceiveanyrefundofthetuitionfeesoranyairportpick-upfeeor
homestayplacementfee
3Studentswhotemporarilysuspendtheirstudiesandthensubsequentlywithdrawfromthecoursewillbe
liabletotherefundpolicyfromthedateofapplicationforsuspension.
3AfullrefundofthefeespaidfortheUNSWFoundationStudiesprogramwillbemadeifthestudentwithdraws
fromtheprogrampriortocommencementbecausetheydidnotmeettheEnglishlanguagerequirements
(documentaryproofisrequired).
3AfullrefundoffeespaidfortheUNSWFoundationStudiesprogramwillbemadeiftherearenoplacesleftin
theprogramthestudenthasappliedforandthestudentchoosestowithdraw.
