　　whether　一般和not　一起连用.如果用whether　female　college　grad　get　a　job　or　not　appears　to　be　difficult．（这个句子如果用WHETHER来表达是指不管女大学生找不找得到工作,在中国都很困难,和原句的意思有点出入.）
