　　Forexample,Watchingtelevisionwhilehavingmealsorsnacks.Doingthismeansyoudon'tpayattentiontoyourfood,forgethowfullyouare,andofteneattoomuch.Havingdrinksratherthanwater.Fizzydrinksandfruitjuiceareusuallyhighincaloriesandsugar,whichcancauseweightproblems.Waterisimportantinmakingyourbraincellsandeveryorganinyourbodyworkproperly.Andeatinginfrontofthecomputerandstayingthereaftermeals.
