失败者更需鼓励

　　Whenthenationalentranceexaminationisover,peoplealwayspaymoreattentiontothosewhoareenrolledbycollegesanduniversities.Thosewhofailedtheexaminationaretreatedcoldly.Beingenrolledbycollegesanduniversitiesis,ofcourse,worthcongratulating.Butgivingthesuccessfulcandidatesexcessivepraiseandneglectingthosewhofailedtheexaminationmightsendthewrongmessage:youngpeopledonothaveabrightfutureunlesstheygotocollegeoruniversity.Teachers,parentsandsociety,therefore,shouldgivemoreattentiontostudentsfailingtheexamination.Theyareinmoreurgentneedofunderstanding,warmthandencouragement.Weshouldtellthemthattogotocollegeisnottheonlywaytosuccess,andthat,iftheymakeenougheffort,theycanstilldeveloptalentsinotheroccupationsthatwillservesociety.Personally,thecountry’seconomicdevelopmentrequiresnotonlyspecializedscientistsandtechnicalexperts,butalsoknowledge-basedworkersandskilledlaborers.Aftersomevocationaltraining,theseseniorhighschoolstudentscanalsobecomebackbonesintheirownfieldsandcontributetheirwisdomtooursociety.
