　　总体上没什么问题

　　1）Inthewinter,thedayisshort,thenightislong改成

　　Inwinter,thedayisshort,andthenightislong.

　　季节前面不加定冠词the,区分与duringthesummerholiday的区别

　　and链接两个分句,不用and,则把第二个逗号改为句号.

　　2）ThisbookisaboutthehistoryofUSA改成

　　ThisbookisaboutthehistoryoftheUSA或者

　　ThisbookisaboutAmericanhistory.

　　在缩略形式的国家名、专有名词之前要加the,如thePRC,theUK,theUN,theUSA等

　　3）Herjobistolookcareofthekidsinthekindergarten改为

　　Herjobistolookafterthekidsinthekindergarten或者

　　Herjobistotakecareofthekidsinthekindergarten
