转眼间,进入公司已经半年了,回顾这半年来的工作,我在各位同事的支持与帮助下,严格要求自己,按照公司的要求,较好地完成自己的本职工作.通过半年来的学习与工作,我已经逐渐适应了周围的生活与工作环境,对工作也逐渐进入了状态,工作方式有了较大的改变.我为即将正式成为公司的一份子而深感荣幸.就此转正之际,对这半年的工作进行总结.

　　SixmonthshadpassedinablinksinceIjoinedthecompany.Reviewingmyperformanceduringthisperiod,Ihavedecentlyaccomplishedmyjobbysettingstrictdemandsonmyselftocomplywiththecompany’srequirements,aswellaswiththesupportsandhelpsfrommycolleagues.Aftergoingthrough6monthsofworkingandlearning,Ihavegraduallyadaptedtothelifearoundmeandtheworkingenvironment;asregardtomyjob,Iamalsoslowlygettingintogoodform;infact,thereisarelativelybigtransformationinmyworkingstyle.Ifeeldeeplyhonoredabouttobecomeofficiallyapermanentstaffofthecompany.Atthisturningpoint,Iwouldliketoconductasumming-upofmyworkforthepast6months.

　　新员工入职培训是必不可少的,为了让新员工对公司的有更深入的了解,公司组织新员工参加了为期两天的新员工培训,通过此次的培训我对公司的文化背景有了较全面的了解,对公司的产品及规章制度也有了一定的了解.第二天的培训也是最为重要的安全教育,进一步加强安全防范意识.

　　Inordertoallownewstafftohaveabetterunderstandingofthecompany,orientationtrainingisanabsolutelynecessarystepforthem.Withoutexception,Iwasgivenanorientationtrainingfortwodays.Thistraininghadhelpedmetogainathoroughknowledgeonthebackgroundofthecompany’scorporateculture,includingtheunderstandingofcompany’sproductsaswellasitsrulesandregulations.Themostimportanttrainingontheseconddaywasaboutsafetyeducation,thishadfurtherenhancedmyawarenessofsafetyprecautions.

　　每件事情都需要足够的耐心,在工作的过程中,我始终虚心求教的态度,学习求真务实的工作作风和处理问题的方法,把所学的知识运用于实际工作中,在实践中检验所学知识,查找不足,不断的接受新知识,提高自己的实际操作能力,学到了许多校所学的知识园上所无法接触到的知识.而在这过程中错误是难免的,这也让我深深感到加强自身学习、提高自身素质的紧迫性.在和同事们工作相处中,从学生慢慢转变为一个社会人,自身实践经验、工作能力得到提高;与此同时也意识到了自己还有许多方面有待于提高,相信在接下来的工作中,可以有更大的突破.

　　Sufficientpatienceisaprerequisiteforeverythingwedo.Inthecourseofmywork,condescendingtoaskforadvicewasmyconsistentattitude;Ilearnedtobepragmaticbothinmyworkstyleandindealingwithproblemsandappliedmyknowledgetotheactualwork;IexaminedtheknowledgeI’dlearnedthroughmypracticesoastolookforanyshortcomings,andIconstantlyabsorbednewknowledgetoenhancemypracticaloperationability,allthesewereinaccessibleduringtheschoolingdays.Ofcourse,makingmistakesintheprocesswasinevitable,andithadmademerealizetheurgencyofimprovingmylearningabilityandenhancingmypersonalquality.Inthecourseofworkingtogetherwithmycolleagues,Iwaschangingslowlyfromastudenttobecomeamemberofsociety;althoughtherewasimprovementinmypracticalexperienceandworkingability,atthesametime,Irealizedthereweremanyaspectsinmyworkwhichstillneedtobeuplifted.However,IbelieveIcanachievebiggerbreakthroughinmyfuturework.

　　要做好一份工作,我认为最重要的是要有责任心,有了一份责任在身上,就会努力去完成它,并完成好.认真做好自已的本职工作,这就是一种无形的责任,鞭策着我,朝着这个方向努力,不断改进,不断提升.

　　公司一直处于快速发展阶段,希望在接下来的工作中,可以不断的充实自己,力争做一名优秀的工作人员,为我们公司的发展做出自己应有的贡献.
