　　因为一个句子中不能出现两个谓语动词.

　　计划是被执行,所以是被动语态.

　　seesthdone看见某事被做

　　那你如果看做一个定从呢？把句子

　　Themanagerdiscussedtheplan后面的都是修饰plan的，省略

　　（theywouldliketosee）

　　一个什么样的计划呢？一个被完成的计划还是应该是becarriedout啊

　　关键是that往后整个是一个定语从句，一个定语从句也是完整的句子，不能出现两个谓语。

　　当然，如果去掉theywouldliketisee,就应该填iscarriedout.
