　　Moreandmorepeopleprefertodovolunteerworkin(areaswhichappealtothem)tolearnmore.

　　appealtothem是修饰areas的,所以用which引导

　　where=介词+which,可是这里（workinareas）不缺少介词啊,所以,不用where
