　　glance是直接接在不定式to后面的,所以可以用原形,另外thebooksbeingused是省略了whichare,原因是定语从句中若从句的主语和主句一致,则可省略从句的主语.

　　Therewaslittlechanceto（discusstheproblemswiththetheteachersconcerned）or（domore）than（glanceatthebooksbeingused）.

　　这是我对这个句子的划分.我觉得括号中的部分都是to的补足语.
