　　英语中表示从过去某个时间到现在为止的时态用现在完成时.而在过去某个时间点发生且并不延续的情况用过去式.

　　看上文最后一句,atthemoment是“目前”的意思,ihave也可以看出是指现在.那么可知,说话者现在有两套房,那么旧房子是到现在为止仍未卖出,所以卖旧房子应该用现在完成时.所以只能选B.
