　　theindustrializedcountriesinparticular,totakeconcertedactionsto

　　fightagainstpollution.Itwastheindustrializedcountriesthatcausedthe

　　heavypollutioninthelastcentury,sotheyshouldtakemoreresponsibilities

　　incontrollingpollutiononaworldwidescale.Theyshouldtransmittheskill

　　andtechnologyandgivefinancialassistancetothedevelopingand

　　underdevelopedcountries.
