　　首先答案是problems.

　　matter一般是指物质,物体；当事情,问题,毛病的意思来讲时,通常这种问题都上升到一定程度,影响范围比较大,而且指的问题可以具体到具有某种特征如：thisisthematterwhichneedsourtwocountriestoworktogether.

　　problem是种待解决的问题,可以是些”小问题“（此时不能用matter来代替）,也可以是“大问题”（可与matter互换,但matter显得正式些）.你的question中的电脑问题是个“小问题”所以不选matter了.problem一般的时候和solve或是workout来搭配,如：weshouldsolvethisproblemasquicklyaswecan.
