　　1.看了链接，特别是上下文，感觉takeon表示（中央）同（权贵）进行较量；2.coat-tail（s）：靠......提携、仰仗、沾光，纯粹rideonsb'scoat-tails这种表述未见，但有runonsb'scoat-tails（沾......光）的说法，与此类似之意，故理解为沾......的光。
