　　ThequantityofeachshipmentshallbeassessedattheexpenseoftheSellerbyanIndependentSurveyorattheloadingportandtheBuyerbyCIQatthedischargeport,atthecompletionofeachloadinganddischargeoperationonthebasisofshorefigures.ShouldtheBuyerrequireadditionalinspectionattheunloadingport,suchinspectionshallbeattheexpenseoftheBuyerorasotherwisestipulatedbyClause6ofthisContract.

　　ThetimeperiodforthedeliveryofeachMonthlySupplyshallterminateuponinspectionofthelastMonthlyLotforeachrespectivemonthatthedischargeport.

　　每次运输数量都应在每次的装货和卸货完成时,在岸上数据的基础之上,由卖方在装货港请独立调查员、卖方在卸货港请检验检疫机构评估.

　　如果买方在卸货港要求其他检查,都需要由买方支付,或按照本合同第六条的相关条款执行.

　　在卸货港对上月货物做检查时,当月交货时间段都应算作终止.
