　　QUALIFICATIONS

　　•Individualillustratorsorgroupsofillustratorsofanynationality，iftheywerebornbefore31stDecember1992，whoseartworkisintendedforuseinchildren’sbooks，arequalifiedtoentertheExhibition，eitherdirectlyorthroughpublishinghousesorschools.

　　•PleasestateintheapplicationformwhetheryouareenteringworkfortheFictionorNon­fictionCategory.Illustratorsmayonlyenteronecategory.

　　•ArtworkpreviouslypresentedtotheExhibitionmaynotbere­entered.

　　•Theconfirmation(确认)formmustbefilledinandaphotographattached，thenpresentedtogetherwithillustrationsnolaterthan15October.

　　SHIPMENT

　　Entriesmaybedeliveredbypost，expressdeliveryserviceorbyhand.Fromabroad，pleaseusethefollowingforms：Form“A”forregisteredmailorpostbyair；Form“B”ifusinganinternationalforwardingagentorairline.

　　Toavoiddelays，materialshouldnotbesentbynormalpost.Materialshouldbesent“carriage(运费)paid”，includinganycustomsanddeliverycosts.

　　BolognaFieremaynotbeheldresponsibleforthenon­arrivalorlatearrivalofartwork.AllpublishedworksmustbeaccompaniedbyadeclarationbearingtheISBNnumber，publisher’snameandaddress.

　　REQUIREMENTS

　　Theillustrations(i.e.thesizeofthesheet)mustnotexceed(超过)thefollowingdimensions：

　　Non­fiction：

　　50×70cm(70×50cm)

　　Illustrationsinlargerformatswillnotbeconsidered，norwilltheybereturnedbyBolognaFiere.Theillustrationsmustbeonpaperorflexibleboard，maximumthickness2mm(forscannerseparationpurposes)．

　　SELECTIONPROCESS

　　Allartworksreceivedbythestateddeadlineandmeetingthespecifiedrequirementswillbeexaminedandselectedbyaninternationalgroup(whosedecisionisfinal)，includingfivemembers(frompublishinghousesandartschools)appointedeachyearbyBolognaFiere.
