民营经济对中国社会经济持续、稳定和健康发展做出了巨大的贡献,已经成为推动我国经济发展的生力军.目前,虽然我国经济运行中的积极因素不断增多,出现了企稳向好的势头,但经济回升的基础还不稳定、不巩固、不平衡,国际金融危机的前景还有较大不确定性,外部需求下滑的压力依然很大,使国内一些行业产能过剩的矛盾凸显,经济发展还缺乏应对危机、克服困难的内在动力和活力,短期内大幅度扩大内需的难度依然很大,民营经济发展面临严峻的挑战.
本文以理论分析作为基础,阐述了民营企业融资环境的现状,包括目前我国民营企业内源融资的特征及外源融资的困难；论文重点分析了“融资难”产生的原因,最终得出改善我国民营企业融资环境的几点建议,包括解决民营企业融资问题的总体思路及创建宽松融资环境的具体做法.
