　　不能用said,只能用sayingshehadafall,这部分内容是aphonecall的后置定语,用saying的原因是doing非谓语与前面的电话是主动关系,电话里说.整个句子意思是：一接到他妻子的电话,电话里说她摔了一跤,戈登先生马上从办公室赶回家.
