　　runout可以用物做主语,并且用主动语态：

　　被用完；耗尽Ifsomethingrunsout,itbecomesusedupsothatthereisnomoreleft.

　　Conditionsaregettingworseandsuppliesarerunningout...情况越来越糟糕,贮备物资也快用完了.

　　Timeisrunningout.时间不多了.

　　而useup虽然有用光的意思,但是应当用人做主语

　　如果用物做主语,要用被动语态
