　　同意：运动可以提高更多人的身体素质,从而避免了很多疾病的发生；公共的运动设施可以给更多的人提供便利,提供提高身体素质的机会.

　　反对：提供设施不如在一些措施落在实处,比如免费为一些病人看病,免费提供药品；应该采取提高医疗水平的方式,提高人们的健康问题,比如用这笔资金投入一些医疗上的难题（癌症等）.
