　　Weallwanttobelievethatwearecapableofgreatfeats,ofreachingourfullestpotential.Weneeddreams.Theygiveusavisionofabetterfuture.Theynourishourspirit;theyrepresentpossibilityevenwhenwearedraggeddownbyreality.Theykeepusgoing.Mostsuccessfulpeoplearedreamers,ordinarypeoplewhoarenotafraidtothinkbiganddaretobegreat.Dreamersarenotcontentwithbeingmerelymediocre,becausenooneeverdreamsofgoinghalfway.

　　Whenwewerelittlekidsintheplaygroundwedidn’tdreamofhittingsinglesinthefirstinning.WedreamedofthathomeruninthebottomoftheninthtowintheWorldSeries.Wedon’tdreamofalifeofstruggleandfrustration.Wedreamofdoingsomethingbigandsplashy,somethingsignificant.Wedreambig.

　　Wenowknowthatwehavetoputintheefforttoreachourdreams,butthetoughpartisthatmostofusdon’tknowwheretostartworking.WemighthaveeveryintentionofbecomingVicePresidentinfiveyearsorrunningacrossthefinishlineinamarathonorcompletingthenovelwestartedyearsago.Butoftenwehavenoideahowtotranslatethesedreamsintoactions.
