客户提箱时必须打印我司直接发给客&户的放箱单原件并加盖车队的正本公章,否则不要放箱.
没有我司直接发送的放箱单,贵堆场不能放任何箱子给任何公司或个人,否则贵司负责赔偿全部损失并担负法律责任!

Accordingtothecontract:
Withregardstomycompany'scontainers,whichhavebeenplacedatyourcontaineryard,yourcompanyisnottoreleaseanyofthecontainerstoanycorporationorindividual,withoutthewrittenconsentfrommycompany.Anylossesordamagetothecontainerswillbeheldaccountabletoyourcompany.
Toreinterate:
Onpickupofacontainer,theclientmustprovidetheoriginalcontainerstoragedocumentationprovideddirectlybymycompany,affixedwiththeauthenticsealoftheshippingfleet,otherwisethecontainermustnotbeopened.Withoutthestoragedocumentationprovideddirectlybymyfirm,youryardshallnotreleasethecontainertoanycorporationorindividual,otherwiseyourcompanyshallbeheldaccountablefortocompensationtoalldamages,andbearanylegalliability.
