　　Laughter is one of the most effective way to deal with anything unpleasant．

　　As a single mother of two young girls，my life is stressful sometimes．I love my girl，and there are times when it is difficult to satisfy the demands of a child and a full-time student．Although telling a couple of jokes can't make them to disappear，turning chores into games certainly helped．Getting up in the mornings and getting ready for school are much more enjoyable when there is hearty laughter．

　　Laughter is the best medicine．Last summer the close family member was diagnosed with cancer．The doctor told him that he only had a couple of months to live．But he lived every day to the fullest，laughed and having fun．The doctor said it was her appositive attitude that kept him living so long．Because of that he had much more days than the doctor originally foretold．

　　That Robert Frost said，"If we couldn't laugh，we would all go stupid．Laughter may not make all the problems disappear，but laughter softens the blows that could easy bring us down．"
