发展现代物流业除了在硬件设施上加大投资提供对物流系统的支持和保障外,另一个重要条件就是必须拥有物流人才为现代物流业发展提供人才保障.本论文首先对我国物流人才需求进行分析,并对物流人才进行了层次分类,然后结合职业教育中物流人才结构和职业教育的层次结构对应找出了我国物流人才培养中存在的瓶颈问题,提出采用中职-高职-应用本科“直通车”形式,将物流管理专业中作业、管理和规划三大系列人才与职业教育的层次结构相对应进行衔接教育,多层次培养人才模式.
