　　跟主语没有多大关系,这里不能用过去完成时.过去完成时是指过去的过去.就是某个过去的时间以前发生的动作.后面有一个表明动作发生的时间：overayearago.所以直接用一般过去时.这里有个talkedabout是过去分词做定语,不是谓语动词,跟时态是使用没有关系.这句就是：

　　Thething(talkedaboutinthisreport)tookplaceoverayearago.
