　　由承运人接收,上述货物明显在良好秩序和条件装运和保管,除非另有特别说明；货物将被运送到协商好、授权并许可的地点；货物的运送将受所有条款和条件的限制.这些条款和条件在运输包装上有所标明,零售商接受提单意味着承认这些条款和条件,无论本地特权或海关条例.

　　这些详细情况如发货人所述,重量、测量数量、状态、内容、以及货物的价值是运输公司不可知的.

　　为昭信守已被签署的运货提单正本,如果上面的别的地方没有注明的话,其中的一份提交的提单将失效.

　　如果运输公司需要,正本提单中的其中一份必须被及时交出并及时背书,以换取货物或提货单.

　　我同意绿9茶所说的,我感觉这段英文不够准确并有好几处明显的拼写错误

　　如othervise应为otherwise,subjdct（subject）,另有pariculars(particulars)这是我在改正这些拼写错误后翻译的结果.最后的“背书”一次是由endorse而来,意指票据的收款人或持有人在转让票据时,在票据背面签名或书写文句的手续.
