　　整篇文章可看作是对一件事情的描述,通常要使用过去时.

　　一般现在时用于表达某种常识或众所周之的事件或道理,或者只是简单的描述,比如,peoplemakemistakes表示的是人都会犯错,这里不用peoplewill/maymakemistakes；现在进行时一般用于对话状态,表示正在发生的事情.NOW在这里不表示现在,而是“当时”.这句话中如果用现在进行时与整篇文章不服,用一般现在时也一样.

　　所以要用一般过去时,如果想要强调发生的状态,可用过去进行时,强调结果,用过去完成时.这些所谓的强调,要从后文有所表现.
