　　Whetherthesebehaviorsareintentionalornot,theyhadaharmfulinfluenceonourcities,evenonourcountry.Foronething,visitorswouldnotbewillingtocometothespotagainowingtoothers'uncivildeeds,whichisastriketothedevelopmentofthelocaltourism.Foranother,someuncivilphenomenadirectlyleadtothedamagetoscenicspotsthatareofgreatvalue.
