　　希望工程的的基金主要来源于城市百姓和关心中国教育发展的海外华侨的捐献.受赠资金由希望工程理事会发放到那些无法正常入学的孩子手中.一百元将能帮助一个孩子完成他的小学教育.

　　“希望工程”是一个很好的将教育事业推入正常轨道的方式,但是这些还是远远不够的.目前,只有很少一部分孩子有这样一个受益机会,因此,我建议社会各界人士人政府能够引起足够的重视来促进国民素质的发展.
