　　我是一名六年级的学生,我叫常鑫淼,我要演讲的题目是‘文明建设新东城’文明是一个城市或家庭是否进步的标准,文明是人类与动物区别的重要标志,那么现在的新东城它将原老东城和崇文合并在一起,人口和面积都大大增加,面对合并后的新东城文明更显得尤其重要,只有文明才能让两个辖区的人民和平共处,平等发展,只有文明才能让两个辖区的地域管理尽快走入正轨,建设成为一个新的文明城区,所以我对大家说；‘我们要做一个文明的东城人’,该怎样做一个文明的东城人呢?文明分物质文明和精神文明,首先从物质文明说起,物质文明不仅仅是指与百姓生活息息相关日常用品,它还包括我们所拥有的街道、天空、建筑、植物等.尤其是新东城它保留着众多世界文明古迹,对于这些财富我们不仅是拥有,更多的是爱护他们、保护他们让我们物质上达到一个文明的标准,有了好的物质文明做基础,精神文明则顺其自然的完善和丰富起来,无论是老东城还是原崇文的公民,大家应该互相学习、互相帮助、互通有无.作为学生的我们更要多交流、多学习多钻研,为建设文明新东城出一份力,让新东城的明天更美好!
