  Modernlifeisfast-paced,nodoubtaboutthat,that'sprobablyatthecoreofweight-gain.We,asasociety,haslostthetimetostopandsmelltheroses.Instead,wesitatourdesks,scribblingawaylikeIamdoingnow,alwayscatchinguptothenewestassignments,alwaystryingtooutdoourselves,atnobody'sexpensebutourown.It'snowonderthatdeathduetoheartfailure,liverdamage,kidneyfailureandrespiratoryproblemsareup.We'vesacrificedourownhealthforafuturethat,withoutacleanhealthbill,wejustmightnothave.Lifemustloveirony.
