　　一般大众认为感冒是由于坏天气造成的,然而事实上不是如此.感冒是由人体内的病毒引起的,你更喜欢外出到雪地中去,而不是和你的朋友一起呆在温暖的房间里,那些朋友可能给你传播了病毒.当你感冒时,你会打寒颤,那说明你已经病了.寒颤是感冒的早期症状.

　　病毒可以通过感冒患者的咳嗽或者打喷嚏进行空气传播,奇怪的是,这不是最普遍的传播方法.许多研究表明,感冒是从手部接触来传染的.一个感冒患者用手扣鼻子,这样就把病毒传到了她的手上.然后一个朋友来看她,然后他们握手.然后那位朋友用手抓东西吃,结果几天之后她也得了感冒了.尽管许多家长,经常捡起并扔掉他们孩子的纸巾,孩子们还是忘记了洗手,结果得了感冒.

　　感冒病毒同样可以通过物体传播.比如,电话、盘子,等等.感冒患者和其他人共居一室,如果经常洗手,页能有效的防止病毒传播.
