　　首先,本文将概述企业领导者的必备条件,再简述我国企业领导者的基本素质,包括政治素质、知识素质、能力素质、身体素质和心理素质等五个方面.

　　其次,本文将讲述科学决策的概念、标准、原则、程序.

　　最后,本文将简要叙述企业领导者素质与科学决策相互影响、相互促进的关系.
