  根据心理学家拉尔夫˙特林布尔的说法,考试焦虑症对很多人来说,都是非常现实的问题.当你担心自己的考试表现,你就会心跳加速,脉搏加快.这些反应会引发其他症状:你可能比平常流更多汗,或者会腹痛、头痛;你的视野会收窄,看东西就像是从隧道里向出口望去.在你意识到之前,你已经很难集中精神了.

  身为学生,你要知道,如果把温习一拖再拖,直到考试前一、两天才开始,想要化腐朽为神奇,赶及完成温习,是不可能的.

  相反,你应该集中做能力所及的事情,努力想想考试会问什么问题,想想自己在考试前这些时间里可以做什么.
