在日常生活中,我们所接触的儿童是从新生儿到十几岁的青少年,而儿科用药剂量长期以来主要根据小儿体重、年龄、体表面积或成人的比例进行计算,并未充分考虑儿童各期（尤其是新生儿、婴幼儿）的生理特点及用药特点,因此儿科用药是否合理就值得关注和讨论了.药物是治疗疾病的必要手段之一,但如果应用不当就会对人体造成危害,尤其是对处于生长发育旺盛阶段的小儿,稍有不慎就可能造成不必要的后果.所以小儿用药问题越来越被人们重视,儿科合理用药也越来越被人们关注.本文从儿童患者的特殊生理结构出发,分析药师在门诊药房配发药物时,提醒患者家属在药物使用方法、剂量、特殊贮存等方面应特别注意的问题,从而进一步保证儿科临床药物的合理使用
